Our family owned central vacuum repair company began in 1982 by Donna and David Desanti with one thing in mind, providing the highest level of honest customer service for an affordable price – fast. Our company is 100% insured and certified to provide any type of installation or repair work on central vacuum cleaner systems. Headquartered in Mount Sinai, NY, the location is perfectly situated to provide quick service to any location on both the north or south shores of the entire span of long island, as well as Queens & Brooklyn locations.

Over the years we have seen virtually every kind of central vacuum system and there is never a problem that we can’t troubleshoot fast and fix with minimal downtime. Our repair technicians are trained, certified and come prepared with the tools and parts necessary to fix most issues the same day.

When you call, a knowledgeable and helpful master technician will pick up the phone, usually David, who will answer any questions you have. You will NEVER be routed to an answering service. We know you need the fastest response time, and all they do is get in the way of that. When you have a problem you get an expert the first time, every time. No question is too small. In some cases, the problem may be minor enough where we will happily give you the right advice over the phone for no charge. We’re happy to help our community when we can.

If the issue is beyond basic troubleshooting, we can schedule to come by, and repair the unit same day in most cases, or work with your busy schedules to make ourselves available at your convenience. In rare cases when the part is unique, or perhaps you need a complete replacement of a motor, our manufacture direct relationships enable us to quickly acquire and return with those parts in an exceptionally reasonable time-frame.
