  I called Priced Rite Central Vac because I had a very disappointing experience with my company that I had used for some time. I knew that I needed someone to come and fix an issue, whether it was clogged pipes or an electrical issue with the unit itself. It turns out, there was a significant clog and my former company never even checked for a clog or tried to clear the pipes.   What a nice experience. The owner showed up on time for my appointment . Turned out the issue with my unit must’ve been one that solved itself prior to him arriving. instead of roping me into any unnecessary repairs, he explained that the issue resolved itself.   I'm building a new home and my wife and I were interested in a Central Vacuum system. Dave was recommended to me by a friend. When I called Dave he was very polite and professional. When Dave came to the house to give me an estimate, he was on time. He took the time to explain all of my options and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. We agreed on a price and date of installation. Dave and his partner arrived on time. They installed everything with no problems. Dave took the time to explain where everything was going and how the system worked. His work was very clean and neat. There were other contractors working on the house the same day Dave came to install the vacuum. He was courteous and worked around them without any complainants. He took the time to clean everything up and even asked me if it was ok to put the garbage in the dumpster I had on site. I told him of course he could.
